POWER RANKINGS (Week 9) *SYN City Tournament

Pretty cool to see 1 vs. 2 and 3 vs. 4 this week. Should be interesting. Playoff picture is far from over however you can start to see “innies” and “outties” for the playoffs. Sorry for the cheesy rankings lately been pretty short on time. And for fun your preseason rankings are included so you have something to compare to.

1) -- $Hail-Mary$ (6-2/5-1) (147 ppg) Damn near unstoppable at this point. On a 4 game winning streak right now and averaging 166.5 ppg during that streak. Big game this week with the annual Cane/Able bowl. (Preseason #2)
2) -- KILLA CALI (6-2 / 5-1) (148 ppg) (Season High 186.80) Absolutely annihilated Sole by 62.75 last week in the S&B bowl…sorry Alo had to say it. You do have to admit 62.75 points is a lot…I mean I could’ve benched my TE,K, DL,DL,DB,DB,D and D and still won the game…that’s how big a deficit 62.75 points is. For reals I’ll quit sayin 62.75, I know it probably pisses you off. I mean to everyone reading this wouldn’t it piss you off if you got beat by 62.75? (Preseason #6)
3) ^ Bengals (5-3 / 4-2) (142 ppg) Looks to be the top contender in the Jump division. Has a solid chance to end the monkeys streak.. (Preaseason #3)
4) ^ Blind Monkeys (6-2/ 4-2) (123 ppg) For the haters that smak talked his #5 ranking last week…how bout #4 this week. Points are solid, 6 game win streak is damn impressive and a big win last week over Quasi helps this monkey climb the vine all the way to #4. (Preseason #9)
5) v Diaper Dandies (6-2/5-1) (125 ppg) Puts up in a win but still falls a bit…Bengals and Monkeys making their moves for the division lead now. (Preseason #4)
6) -- Buckeyes (5-3 / 3-3) (126 ppg) (Bounty week #4) Almost had a 3 game losing streak, really gets lucky beating Nutz in the last minute of the Monday nite game. If this trend continues Buckeyes could be a bubble team. (Preaseason #5)
7) ^ The Agency (5-3 / 4-2) (125 ppg) Quietly still moving along. Tough schedule though coming up…next 5 games are all teams in the top 10 looking for a playoff spot.
8) v Quasimofo’s (5-3/5-1) (117 ppg) (Bounty week #6) Still in the hunt and the remaining schedule is very favorable. (Preseason #1)
9) ^ Cocoon of Horror (5-3 / 3-3) (121 ppg) Damn near on a bye week this week…Go Nutz!!! (Preseason #11)
10) v TrueSole (4-4 / 3-3) (125 ppg) Disappointing 62.75 point loss last week to Cali (For reals that’s the last time). Jeru this week is a must win, as a nobody wants to be under .500 this late in the season. (Preseason #10)

11) -- GO HEELS! (3-5 / 3-3) (115 ppg) Even with last weeks loss, the Heels still mathematically alive. Buckeyes is a real tough game though…(Preseason #13)
12) -- Jeru (R.I.P) (3-5 / 2-4) (112 ppg) A desperate Sole is not the matchup the Ru wants this week. Both teams neck to neck in contention (NQQ).Who wants it more? (Preseason #16)

* GAMES OF THE WEEK *

#1 $Hail-Mary$ vs. #2 KILLA CALI
WOW…you couldn’t ask for a better match-up for the Cane/Able bowl. Looks like Hail lucks out catchin’ Cali during the Saints bye week. However the scoreboard should have this shit lit out of it this weekend…my guess is 300+ points is possible in this one.

#3 Bengals vs. #4 Blind Monkeys
Are the handicapped primates for real? 6 in a row? Bengals are still the 3rd highest scoring team in the league, will he be spankin’ the monkey?

#7 The Agency vs. #8 Quasimofo’s
Jump division is still up for grabs and this game is huge for division title and playoff contention. However a loss for Quasi here looks to be more damaging to his post-season hopes.

#13 IndigoPalmsSucks vs. #14 HaTeRs
Good news is IP has a shot to grab his first win here. HaTteRs can shut-up the haters grabbing win #2 here. Bad news is that nobody really cares who the hell wins this game. My prediction is this freakin game probably ends in a tie
