VSOP
I want to apologize to the poker crew. I've been really busy lately with work and the beginning of fball season is pretty crazy for me trying to get the NFLL up and running. If not in September, then there will definately be an event at the beginning of October. However if anybody wants to start their own event, all you have to do is let me know and I will post the time n date on the site for you. We are at the halfway point for the VSOP and there a lot of people that need points before the main event in March. So please stay tuned and don't give up on the VSOP!
NFLL
As far as the NFLL, I will really try to have the power rankings up every week. However because my workload during the beginning of the school year, and the time and effort it takes to put together the draft and get everyone to pay up. I will no longer be able to run that for next year. I thought about letting the league go and having another commish take over, but would hate to see the league changed or fall apart. So at the end of the year I will be taking names of GM's that would like to run that aspect of the league and then we will have a vote for which GM you guys would like to see take over the draft day festivities. So please stay tuned for that.
Sorry I was pretty busy on draft day so there are not a lot of pics from that day but here are a few... (Oh yeah for the out-of-towners, I threw the team names on these so you can finally put a face to the teams) Big shout out to those that rocked team colors it actually looked pretty cool.

Once again, thanks for all of you that helped and participated, it was a lot of fun and I hope you all enjoyed yourselves. Thanks to the Cocoon for making an appearance...thats real dedication to make the 700 mile trip to be there.
