Power Rankings Week #3

NFLL

Again it is really, really good to see some new powerhouses in the league this year.  This is the shake-up our league needed.  Maybe that year off did some good after all.  FYI, this week's coaches poll used 6 opinions.  For a change of pace I came up with an idea to do a quick interview with a GM every now and then.  This week I was lucky enough to have a quick conversation with Jeru (R.I.P.)

COMMISH: Mr. Jeru, How do you find time to manage a successful fantasy team?  Do you do most of your GM-ing at work?     *(GM-ing - the daily act of managing an NFLL team-new word I invented)
JERU: Well you're privy to the details about my extensive draft prep.  I do most of my GM-ing at work because the yahoo app sucks for finding available players.
COMMISH: As a member of the toughest NFLL division what do you think your chances are this year
JERU: 1 in 4
JERU: Got to take it one game at a time.
COMMISH:  What game were you most looking forward to this year?
JERU: Fish bowl and invoking the curse of Chipotle in week 4.
COMMISH: What has been the biggest surprise so far, I know we just started but something has to standout?
JERU: Haha
COMMISH: Well said... but really your fans want to know.
JERU: I've said enough, interview over...
COMMISH: C'mon one final question, you got time?
JERU: Yes...I am your father.
COMMISH: We all know $Hail-Mary$ is a bastard...but True or False, is he Killa Cali's bitch?
JERU: LMFAO

What is the world coming too...  Week 2 has a great match-up vs. Dandies.

2. ^ INDIGOPALMSSUCKS (2-0/2-0) 142 ppg [4] {1}
Has just taken over the division and a chance for an early season sweep with Sole up in week 2.

3. ^ JERU (R.I.P.)  (2-0/2-0) 168 ppg [2] {2}
This weeks biggest mover. Commish is starting to believe. Big battle this week vs. Hail.

4.  ^   THE AGENCY  (2-0/2-0) 153 ppg [1] {2}
Huge turnaround from week 1.  Offensive output is making this team look tough.

5. v KILLA CALI (1-1/1-1) 141 ppg [6]
Things finally starting to "click". Really needs a win and a Jeru loss to stay in tight contention for division.

6. v  $HAIL-ABLE$ (1-1/1-1) 159 ppg [5] {1} Really...a 1st place vote??? I'm hurt... Champ loses to his biggest rival and now has division leading Jeru up next. A win would give him a huge rebound and cause quite a stir for division leader. 3rd team from the Mary's division in the power rankings top 6.

7. ^ D'OH BOYS (1-1/1-1) 155ppg [7]
Great win last week and do we see a possible win streak forming???  Week 3 vs. Monkeys

8. v DIAPER DANDIES (1-1/1-1) 123ppg [11]
Still a lack of respect by the coaches.  Great production last week but just not enough to overcome Doh. A 123ppg is what we are used to but I am still warning all of you this team is going to be trouble.  Week 3 gives Dandies a date with #1 HaTeRs.

9. v COCOON OF HORROR (1-1/1-1) 128 ppg [9]
Coaches and the Commish seeing eye to eye on this one.  Another game to keep an eye on this week with division foe Buckeyes in week 3.

10. ^ BUCKEYES (1-1/1-1) 121 ppg [10]
Surprisng loss last week, will need to get some firepower going to face Cocoon this week.

11. ^ D's NUTZ (1-1/1-1) 141 ppg [8]
The coaches are all high on the Nut squad, commish sees the soft schedule and is not yet convinced.

12. v THE 619ERS (1-1/1-1) 118 ppg [12]
From #4 to #12, Six is this weeks falling star. Needs to grab a win vs. #11 Nutz this week.

13. v GO HEELS! (0-2/0-2) 118 ppg [14]
Lack of offensive production is just killing Heels.  Not a good scenario in leagues strongest division.

14. ^ TRUESOLE (0-2/0-2) 119 ppg [13]
Coaches poll input moves him up to 14 this week.  Possible 0-3 start this year with division leading IP up next.

15. v BLIND MONKEYS (0-2/0-2) 105 ppg [15]
Not used to seeing this. With the new and improved Doh up this week, Monkeys has his work cut out for him.

16. - TWO-TIMES (0-2/0-2) 103 ppg [16]
Needs to get things turned around now or this will be one looooooong season.
