Power Rankings - Week #7

Week 7 is here the mid-point of the season, so be mindful of the deadlines, Oct 27th for trades.  Week 6 had some very close games and it was also nice to see Heels and Two-Times on getting their first victory.  And coaches poll only had 4 coaches turn in their submissions on time this week instead of the usual 6. Special thanks to those who submitted.

1.  -   THE AGENCY  (6-0/3-0) 147 ppg [1]  {3}
 Schedule over the remainder of the year looks quite favorable.  At this point the conference is his to lose.

2. (Tie) ^  HaTeRs (4-2/2-1) 147 ppg [2]
Anybody else here thinking upset this week?  Currently the Dandies division leader but will he be able to hold on?

2.(Tie) ^ KILLA CALI (4-2/2-1) 146 ppg [3]  {1}
Looks like the bye weeks catch-up to Cali as he is the underdog this week vs. Jeru

4. (Tie) ^  COCOON OF HORROR (4-2/2-1) 140 ppg [5]
Coming off a loss but heading into a must win game vs IP. Loss of Killa Ray is a big loss as well.  For sure this weeks game of the week.

4. (Tie) v JERU (R.I.P.)  (4-2/3-0) 146 ppg [2]
Wasn't pretty but again the Ru finds a way to win. How long will his luck hold out?A win this week will give me a 1 game lead in the Mary's division.

6. v INDIGOPALMSSUCKS (4-2/3-0) 126 ppg [5]
Although that Monday night loss was just heartbreaking, Ip needs to shake it off and come back strong this week.   Should be a great game this weekend vs. #4 Cocoon.  Cocoon division has the biggest race with every team with at least 2 wins.

7.  ^  $HAIL-MARY$ (3-3/1-2) 141 ppg [7]
 Quietly creeping back up.  Nobody should ever count out the champ.

8.  ^  THE 619ERS (3-3/2-1) 134 ppg [10]
On a 2 game skid right now, and has a great shot at turning things around going against the last place Two-Times.

9. ^ BLIND MONKEYS (3-3/1-2) 132 ppg [9]
Really thought he had that upset vs Agency.  No time to dwell on it though, division rival Dandies up next.

10. v  BUCKEYES (3-3/1-2) 127 ppg [10]
Can Buckeyes turn it around this week? Odds say that he gets back over .500 vs division rival Sole.

11. v DIAPER DANDIES (2-4/2-1) 132ppg [12]
Put best by DK, "Spiraling down like that idiot in the space jump Sunday".  Definitely has some weapons but now at the mid-point of the season I beginning to think the coaches poll was right all along on him. 

12. ^ D's NUTZ (3-3/1-2) 129 ppg [8]
Has anybody  really looked at this team? I feel like I am staring heart rate monitor when I look at his stats...up down up down up down. Look at these scores: 109 - 172 - 91 - 161 - 73 - 164.  It like he only shows up to play in even numbered weeks. What that means to me? A bubble team that finishes 6-7.  May need to make a move or two, just to fine tune the roster a bit. 

13. v D'OH BOYS (1-5/1-2) 136ppg [13]
In my opinion a 3-3 team that just missed a few breaks. Division is not out of reach and a wild card not out of the question.

14 (Tie) V TRUESOLE (2-4/0-3) 116 ppg [14]
Has a win-able match-up this week vs. Buckeyes. However Sole is averaging only 99ppg over the past 2 weeks. 

14 (Tie) ^ GO HEELS! (1-5/0-3) 119 ppg [14]
Can't even say that Buckeyes lost because of byes, 161 points last week shows that this team can still do damage and possibly play spoiler come November.

14.(Tie) ^ TWO-TIMES (1-5/0-3) 116 ppg [16] 
Although the first win was impressive its the ppg that keeps him down in a 3-way tie.  Still has time to make some moves and remaining schedule looks favorable but I would not be surprised if this team finished at or very close to .500.

IP is favored but only time will tell...
